Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the event of a defective item only. If you receive a defective item, please contact us providing us with detailed information about the product and the defect.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you within a reasonable timeframe regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method. It is important to note that the client must report any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the order if they are defective.

Please note that HOUSE OF CHARMS will not pay any delivery or return fees for returns.

Damages and Issues:

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and rectify it accordingly.
